Celebrating 11 Years with Nicola Lloyd!

It’s hard to imagine it’s been 11 years since a driven and ambitious marketer walked though MEDUCOM’s doors. In 2011, Nicola began her career at MEDUCOM in project management with no previous pharma experience. She mastered the industry, quickly moving into a strategic marketing role. In her tenure, she has driven the company to excel and now leads as Vice President.

We asked Nicola 3 questions about what has led to her success at MEDUCOM. Here are her thoughts:

What has been your proudest achievement?

“To this day, I continue to be proudest at the intangible turning point in a client relationship when trust is built. Working together as strategic partners, bouncing ideas around and brainstorming out of the box solutions is what I live for!”

What makes MEDUCOM a great place to work?

What is one characteristic that you believe every leader should possess?

“Leaders should not be afraid to stretch themselves. Just because someone is in a leadership position doesn’t mean they know everything or have all the answers. The world moves too quickly to achieve that. A continuous growth mindset is crucial to staying on top of business.”
