Savannah Clarke - Headshot.jpg

Savannah brings together strong relationship-building skills, a thoughtful public health perspective, and a passion for patient-centered storytelling and advancing health equity. With a detail-oriented and collaborative approach, she enjoys helping healthcare initiatives come to life and supporting teams in delivering meaningful programs and experiences.

Having completed a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences with a Specialization in Biomedical Sciences at Queen's University and a Master of Public Health at the University of Waterloo, Savannah brings both scientific knowledge and healthcare systems insight to her work. Prior to joining MEDUCOM Health Inc., she worked as a Policy Analyst at the Public Health Agency of Canada within the infectious disease space, where she developed a strong interest in health communication and advancing health outcomes.

Outside of work, Savannah can often be found with a coffee in hand or immersed in a book — a passion inspired by her mother, who is both a librarian and an author.
