It’s the end of another year, which means it’s time for everyone’s favourite activity…Performance Reviews! With 2022 almost behind us, it can be exciting to start planning for the year ahead and look towards new projects and goals on the horizon. When we are so forward-focused, it can be easy to lose sight of the successes it took to get us where we are now. Assessing outcomes from the past year, whether positive or negative, can be daunting for some, but it also provides an opportunity to reflect on your achievements!


During performance reviews, we evaluate not just our performance, but how we have embodied the company principles and put them into practice. While it’s important to address your mistakes during your review to identify the steps we need to take to learn from these experiences, it’s equally important to use this time to share with your managers what you believe to be your biggest accomplishments from the past year, how you have grown in your role and within the company.


There’s nothing quite as motivating as reflecting on what you’ve been able to achieve and getting new ideas for the future, and hopefully everyone goes into 2023 looking forward to the possibility it may hold!
