Excited for ASCO 2022… in-person!

The world’s largest oncology conference will kick-off tomorrow, finally in-person again!

The annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) was supposed to be held in Chicago, IL in 2020 but was switched to be fully virtual in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, two years later, as if to rewrite the ending, the ASCO22 meeting will return to Chicago from June 3-7, better than ever! Like the “new normal” for many conferences on the horizon, ASCO22 offers the option to attend in-person or virtually, with many new and improved opportunities for interactivity and networking in both settings.

This year’s meeting theme is Advancing Equitable Cancer Care Through Innovation, focusing on emerging research that will help improve patients’ lives and remove barriers to care, be it through new discoveries or smarter use of existing treatments. More than 2,800 abstracts will be featured across more than 200 presentations. Some 40,000 oncology healthcare providers, researchers, and industry and government professionals from around the world have registered for ASCO22.
