Meducom was looking for an ideal team building event…something to acknowledge our business growth and allow new members of the team to integrate themselves. Nothing says team building better than a gourmet cooking class, led by renowned chefs Mathew Brook and Moe Vidotto at the Cutten Club in Guelph, followed by dinner at the chef’s table. Our team tore themselves away from their desks to band together and prepare a sumptuous meal from scratch, and partook for some classical Italian wines in the course of proceedings. Clad in custom designed aprons, we worked laboriously to create loaves of bread, and homemade bow tie and spaghetti pasta, accompanied by fresh herb rubbed chicken. Was it worth it? Oh là là – absolutely!
