This conference covered the latest information and insight on engaging consumers through social media to optimize a multi channel marketing approach and improve return on investment. Expert speakers, including PAAB and Rx&D, gave key recommendations and case study insights were offered from Bayer, Pfizer, Eli Lilly and Novartis.
