As we inevitably express surprise that “it’s already November”, and thoughts immediately turn to projects that need to be completed within the calendar year, I like to use this time to reflect on the past year. Knowing what contributed to our success can guide us to even better results in 2016.
So what were our keys to success in 2015?
Our organic business growth with current clients was derived from partnerships that went beyond traditional communications services (clients asked us to manage more brand planning sessions, national sales meetings, training workshops and strategic think tanks). Immersing ourselves in these activities gave us further insight to brainstorm and deliver on tactical needs across CME, sales aids, advisory boards and other elements of the marketing mix.
Our new business growth was fuelled by referrals from existing clients who appreciated our work and wanted others to experience the same. New clients quickly realized they could expect MEDUCOM to leverage our experience to overcome challenges and deliver on our promise with quality, timeliness and value.
And, most importantly, our people continued to deliver the best client experience in the industry! Our team is committed to offering every client their undivided attention, responding to correspondence promptly (if not proactively) and resolving issues professionally. Our clients appreciate being able to lean on us for new ideas and strategic counsel, creating a relationship that works as an extension of their team rather than a hired hand.
With planning for 2016 well underway, we look forward new relationships and expanded services, while continuing to have fun every step of the way!
